Over 50 indicators of the Spanish economy and real-estate sector

Here is the 20th issue of our GIX Report where we share the reality of the Spanish economy and real-estate sector every month.

The pandemic and the start of the Russia-Ukraine war have triggered a series of structural events in the Spanish economy, in both supply and demand. This in turn has produced a considerable increase in costs and prices which will bring a remarkable level of uncertainty in the medium term.

As for the real-estate activity, interest rates continue their upward trend and this may not affect the sector straight away, but will do in the short to medium term. It will also be influenced by the level of savings and household spending power.
