- Consultancy Service for Real-Estate Operations: advice on all types of investment or disinvestment operations in real estate assets.
- Asset Optimisation: design and implement value propositions for your real estate assets.
- Cadastre and registry optimisation: review and regularization of the registry and cadastral situation of a real estate asset.
- Consultancy on Asset Inventory: the orderly identification, analysis and coding of any type of real estate or movable asset.
- Development Consultancy: advice on the development and management of your real estate operations and assets.
- Technical Project Management: directing and coordinating all those involved in the execution process of a project.
- Project Monitoring: to know the destination of the provisions of the credit-promoter to ensure the completion of the works of a particular promotion, monitoring compliance with the proper use of borrowed funds.
- Green Loan Monitoring: reports to verify that the project meets the requirements of efficiency and materials that allow them to be energetically sustainable.
- Technical hedging: to determine the market value of those properties that make up the assets of Insurance Companies, Collective Investment Institutions and Pension Funds, with a regulatory, supervisory and transparent purpose for third parties with an interest in these institutions.
- Energy Audit: to detect the operations within the processes that can contribute to the saving and efficiency of the primary energy consumed, as well as to optimize the energy demand of the installation.
- Engineering OCT and Quality Assurance/Control: technical supervision for the application of the conditions required by the regulations in technical projects.
- Technical Due Diligence: to carry out an audit of a building or project, in order to know its general state.
- Appraisal: preparation of a valuation report assigns a value or an asset or right, based on valuation hypotheses and checks on the valuation. It is usually a regulated report and referred to a specific regulation depending on the purpose for which the document is intended.
- RICS Valuations: issue an opinion of value made in accordance with the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Red Book and incorporating the International Valuation Standards (IVS-2020), as well as international standards on Ethics or Measurement (effective 31 January 2020).
- Buying/Selling Appraisal: to carry out a market valuation that proposes the amount of the sale or purchase of a property.
- Appraisal of Inheritance and Donations: to carry out a valuation on the inherited estate that looks for the market value of those real estate and/or movable assets on the date on which the donation takes place, in order to subsequently transform that value to the current date if applicable.
- Appraisal of partitions: to carry out a valuation report that reflects the new reality and the distribution of value between the properties contributed and the resulting properties, analysing the physical, town planning and legal viability that guarantees any proposed division.
- Appraisal for leases or rentals: determination of an objective rent.
- Compulsory Purchase Appraisal: to carry out a regulated valuation of a property or right that is or may be included in an expropriation process at a given time.
- Urban planning appraisals: to carry out a valuation for town planning purposes is a regulated valuation of an asset or right that is or may be included in a town planning process at a given time.
- Concession Appraisal: to carry out a valuation required both by Public Administrations (grantor) and if acting as beneficiary of the concession (concessionaire).
- Expert’s report: to make expert reports on real estate and damages, by party or judicial experts, to determine the value of a property, risk or damage and its use in litigation and / or claim.
- Expert’s Report on Properties: drawing up expert reports, arbitration, opinions as third party experts, contradictory appraisals to be provided in claims or litigation.
- Expert’s report on damages: preparation of technical inspection reports, study of pathologies, appraisals and/or valuation of damages.
- Commercial property appraisal: valuation and/or advice on investment, disinvestment, construction, corporate operations and/or exploitation of real estate assets or goodwill.
- Special Appraisals: preparation of valuations referring to particular or special assets that cannot be framed within a standard real estate valuation group, either because of their abstraction or because of their composition, such as the valuation of companies and businesses.
- Bankruptcy proceedings: to determine the fair value of the assets for their sale or lease or, in the event that the liquidation of the company is agreed, to set the liquidation value of the assets, within the scope of the insolvency proceedings.
- Portfolio Appraisal: valuations on a large group of properties that as a general rule respond to different typologies and locations, grouped together in the same portfolio.
- Analytics: to facilitate the management of the client’s main information needs. Development of different types of customized analytical solutions and procedures to develop specific models for a specific need, in the three fields of analytics: descriptive, predictive or prescriptive.
- Automated Mass Appraisal (AVM): elaboration of valuations that follow an automated model (Automated Valuation Model) for the massive application on multiple properties or on a specific one in almost real time.
- Market and investment reports: to carry out an analysis of the past and current situation and trends in the real estate sector, which provide knowledge of the behaviour of the different real estate sectors, as well as the characterisation of supply and demand in a specific geographical area.
- Custom analytical solutions: elaboration of customized analytical solutions and procedures to develop our own specific models for a specific need, in the three fields of analytics: descriptive, predictive or prescriptive.
c. Contact Form.
Depending on the reasons for the query, the data will be processed for the following purposes:

- “Valuation Question”: Answer queries regarding an appraisal or report.

The purpose of this form is to download reports produced by specialists. If you consent to this, you will receive updates of the reports.

Based on the management of the contractual relationship derived from your request, GLOVAL VALUATION, S.A. will be responsible for the processing of the personal data provided in the following forms and for the purposes indicated below:
- Requests Appraisal form: Offer and contracting of appraisal services (depending on whether certain requirements are met or not, the quote will be obtained automatically or through an agent).
Based on the satisfaction of the legitimate interests of GLOVAL VALUATION, S.A. your data may be processed for the following purposes:
- To carry out studies and controls for the prevention of fraud. The legitimate interest is to avoid anomalous practices that may cause damage to the data controller.
- Conduct quality and satisfaction surveys by any means (which may involve recording your voice, when so informed). The legitimate interest of GLOVAL VALUATION, S.A. is to control and improve the quality of services and evaluate customer satisfaction.
- Where appropriate, use the property appraisal data used during the provision of services (location, characteristics and appraised value) as a reference in other appraisal processes. - In cases where the User can pay for services by bank card, through Bizum or through the virtual payment platform Paypal, your personal data will be processed in the virtual payment gateway TPV Redsys operated by Caixa Bank. We inform you that GLOVAL VALUATION, S.A. does not have access at any time to the payment data provided, which are digitized directly in the payment gateway and are processed securely by the provider of payment services, which may be addressed for the exercise of their rights, under the terms established in their privacy policies. The use of the different payment systems by the aforementioned entities will be regulated by the terms and conditions that the interested party has subscribed to, GLOVAL VALUATION, S.A. not being involved in the processing carried out by the same.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

STORAGE PERIOD
In the case of contracting, we will process your data for the time necessary to carry out the aforementioned purposes or, where appropriate, until you object to the processing or revoke your consent granted for this purpose and, after this time, we will block your data and keep them until the statute of limitations of the corresponding legal actions, after which time they will be permanently deleted.
