Our history
GLOVAL has a long growth and expansion history.
Its origin dates back to 1984 and evolves through a number of
mergers and company incorporations which guaranteed the highest talent and experience standards, and allowed our team to offer a complete service ‘with V for value’ which the real estate industry had been claiming for a long time.

Prime Yieldis founded. A leader company in Portugal’s valuation scene

Gloval grows. Prime Yield, Gloval Consulting and Gloval Engineering are incorporated to the project.

President & CEO
Degree in Business Management Administration awarded by the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), a Master’s Degree in Finances awarded by the University of Deusto, he also completed the AMP by Wharton Business School and the Programme for General Managers by IESE.
He has over 25 years’ experience in executive positions in the financial, industrial, construction and real-estate sector and has been a CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of several listed companies.
Javier Heredia
Degree in Agricultural Engineering awarded by the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) and a Master’s Degree in Real-Estate and Financial Management by the COAM. With over 20 years’ experience in the sector, Mr Heredia was Regional Director of Castile and Leon and Manager of the Businesses and Persons department at an appraisal company before joining the Gloval project.
