Project Management or GPRO is the integral management of projects, from the feasibility analysis to the delivery, offering technical supervision services in all processes and projects for adequate coordination, management and reporting.   • Analysis of the state of the property: Review of regulatory compliance and identification of defects, performance and opportunities for improvement to establish suitability for the intended or desired use
  • • Project design management: According to the needs of the client and urban studies, establishment of the design strategy. Selection of technical teams and program development according to the established times. Supervision of proposals and the progress of the technical pase.
  • Management of urban licenses: Verification of compliance prior to filing the file in the registry and processing of authorizations, legalizations or licenses in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Project Management in Construction

  • Tender, contract and insurance management: Definition of the contracting conditions, coordinating processes such as the tendering process between contractors for construction services.

Once we learn the client’s needs, we analyse the project’s viability and technical conditions, within the current town-planning laws and technical regulations as well as the industry and environmental regulations.

Once the goals have been defined and the asset validated, we give shape to our value proposal and the work plan showing the scope of our involvement, whether it’s our full involvement, delegated development or occasional guidance, like applying for a licence or permit.

Some of the situations that require Technical Project Management are:

  • Land transformation: Land transformation processes, from basic rural land to buildable land, require town planning instruments, such as Partial Plans, Special Plans for Indoor Renovations, Development Projects, Detailed Surveys.
  • Buildable land: To partition or subdivide buildable land into plots, depending on the legal act, you will need a Project on the Partition or Subdivision, or a Detailed Survey.
  • Building: To be allowed to build on a plot or renovate a property, you need an Architecture Project depending on its scope. Also, to open a business in an establishment or industrial warehouse, you need the appropriate Activity Project.

  • The tender for building work and the selection and hiring of contractors;
  • Financial control of the project and building work;
  • Coordination and supervision of the Site Manager; and
  • Coordination of the delivery and legalisation of the building work and installations.
