The IEE is a technical document that aims to evaluate the state of conservation, accessibility and energy efficiency of a building.
The Building Evaluation Report (IEE) primarily consists of the following points:
- Evaluation of the state of conservation: Assessment of the overall condition of all the construction elements that make up the building.
- Evaluation of accessibility conditions: Verification of the requirements mandated by current accessibility regulations.
- Evaluation of energy efficiency: Analysis of the building’s energy performance.
Who needs a Building Evaluation Report?

- MANDATORY: Buildings for private or public collective residential use that are more than 50 years old (within a 5-year period).
