Here is the 52th issue of our GIX Report where we share the reality of the Spanish economy and real-estate sector every month.

The Spanish economy continues to show a positive momentum reflected in the provisional Quarterly Accounts data, where the Gross Domestic Product, in real terms and filtered from calendar and seasonal effects, showed a rate of 3.2%. The engines of private consumption and especially the consumption of the Public Administrations on the demand side are maintained and on the production side it is the primary sector which has represented an average interannual rate of 8.5% and the services sector with the real estate sector as the protagonist with an average interannual rate of 6.6%.
