June 2025

Over 50 indicators of the Spanish economy and real-estate sector

Here is the 55th issue of our GIX Report where we share the reality of the Spanish economy and real-estate sector every month.

Pending publication of the INE’s final quarterly accounting data for the first quarter, the trend remains positive, with Spain one of the countries leading the way in terms of economic growth.

Inflation is around 2%, as is core inflation, so energy prices do not appear to be distorting the picture at this stage. The financial markets continue to show remarkable returns. The yield on 10-year bonds is at March levels of around 3.110%, a neutral order level, with no high levels of uncertainty expected for the time being.
Real estate activity remains unchanged, with a shortage of supply and strong demand. High costs and a lack of land in cities such as Madrid.
