GLOVAL VALUATION is one of the leading valuation companies authorised by the Bank of Spain. We work for all financial institutions, as well as the property development sector, REITs (SOCIMIs), investment funds and all types of companies and individuals. We rely on a network of over 500 experts (architects and engineers) who work for us externally to prepare property appraisal reports.

Given the need to expand our network of experts, we’re looking for Architects / Architectural technicians or Construction Engineers to work as an external surveyor.

We mostly need to cover job vacancies in the following provinces: Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante, Toledo, Tarragona, Castellón, Valladolid, Girona, Baleares, Pontevedra, Navarra, Canarias, A Coruña, Zaragoza, Granada, Albacete, Basque Country.

You must have your own architecture tools and your own car to visit properties for their inspection. We will consider job applications from all across the province.
We appreciate qualifications and experience in appraisals, energy efficiency and the assessment of real-estate investments.

This is a self-employed business activity, compatible with other professional jobs and other valuation companies.
