The Automatic Valuation Models of real estate or better known in the real estate sector as AVM (Automated Valuation Model), are valuations that use an automated model and are generally applied on multiple properties or on a specific one, to obtain a market value quickly.

Our AVM model follows the guidelines of the Bank of Spain, both in its development and in its application. This, together with our experience in the real estate sector to know the variables that can have more weight in the generation of a market value, allows us to create more accurate artificial intelligence models, specifically predictive models of automated learning (Machine Learning). The model is created from an extensive proprietary database from property inspections and enriched, in addition, with external sources of different indicators of the real estate market.

This methodology allows the massive valuation of real estate, with very high levels of reliability and with the possibility of covering the entire Spanish geography, even in those areas with little activity in the real estate market. The accuracy of the model for regulated exercises is contrasted with a statistical sample selection, performing a backtesting that includes a visit to the properties by a specialized technician. In addition, we periodically re-train and calibrate the model to take into account the possible variations in the real estate market.
