Residential Market Barometer in Andalusia Q2 2024

GLOVAL Analytics continues with the quarterly analysis and study and publishes its Residential Market Barometer report, to monitor the behaviour of residential market values in the Metropolitan Area of Seville and the provincial capitals of Andalusia.

In this eighth edition, the analysis will continue with the monitoring of the quarterly and annual evolution of the value of housing. The number of municipalities belonging to the metropolitan area of Seville has been adjusted by including some of the most relevant and discarding the less influential ones.

The average market value of residential use in the second quarter of 2024 in the municipality of Seville stood at 2,176 €/m², showing an annual increase of +4.5%. This increases the rise of the previous quarter and places the quarterly variation at +2.8%. As for the metropolitan area, a positive trend can be seen, with a unit price of 1,485 €/m² and an annual increase of +6.2%. The upturn is due to the continuity of the increase in the majority of municipalities in the metropolitan area of Seville, especially Alcalá de Guadaira, Gelves and Camas. We did not find any municipality with annual falls. In terms of quarterly variations, we observe two municipalities with negative values, Gelves and Gines.
