We are recruiting an analyst – validator in the Commercial Properties area for our Valuation division.

Mainly analyse commercial properties and prepare real-estate reports linked to a business. Also help with the analysis of different geographical areas.

Requirements

• A degree as Architect, Architectural technician or Construction Engineer.
• Experience: at least 3-5 years
• Technical skills: Excel Advanced.
• Languages: English will be appreciated.
• Competencies: problem-solving attitude, responsible, thorough, proactive, with good sales skills and willing to learn.
• Willing to travel. Own car.
